Explosive creativity starts with learning to LISTEN to yourself.
When you know how to listen to yourself and trust yourself, there is nothing you can’t create in your life.
How do I know?
I’ve spent over 15 years empowering others as a director, writer, and producer.
And through that time, I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression, and a self-critic that sounds more like Gordon Ramsey than Brené Brown.
It wasn’t until I discovered life coaching that I learned how to apply the same creativity, collaboration, and open experimentation that came so easily in my artistic practice to the rest of my life.
And when I did that?
Not only was I happier and more fulfilled in my friendships, personal life, and romantic relationships.
I was also more creative than ever before.
And I was equipped, for the first time, to imagine new kinds of stories.
New ways of relating to my own voice and to empower others to speak up as well.
New ways of challenging entrenched systems that only seem interested in perpetuating themselves.
What did this look like?
I started speaking up.
Nurturing my voice.
Questioning how things had always been done.
Seeing opportunity where it seemed there was none.
Creating with abandon.
And teaching others how to do the same.
Your voice is valuable and it deserves a fierce advocate.
Learn how to be that advocate with me.
If you are feeling blocked…
If you haven’t quite figured out how to feel as excited and free and creative about your life as you feel about your art…
If you are having trouble navigating a tricky collaboration or relationship…
If you want more out of life and aren’t sure how to get it…
If you are looking at your ideals and looking at your actual body of work and wondering how to bridge the chasm between the two…
If you want to learn how to dismantle internalized messaging that doesn’t align with your values.
If you have trouble promoting yourself or your work…
We will work together to break down all the barriers to your creativity so you can thrive.
Because when you thrive, you elevate the world.
When you create opportunities for yourself, you stretch the cultural imagination.
And you expand your own self-conception, too.
You do all this by learning to nurture your own voice and fulfill your own curiosities.
And in doing so?
You create a more expansive, more creative, kinder and more resilient world.
